Your input will be integral in refining and customizing the design until it perfectly mirrors your vision. As we progress, I'll request some key items from you to ensure a smooth workflow, unless we've agreed on an alternative process. These may include:
Your business photos: showing your business, your team, your product and/or you.
The copy, content, of your site: this will be your content, your business story and/or details or operational procedures.
Details about your products, description, pricing and/or any other specifics.
WebFlow Development Phase
Moving into the crucial Development Phase, we'll collaborate closely to bring your envisioned design to life. This is where we turn lines of code into a fully-functional, immersive online experience tailored to your brand.
It's not just about aesthetics; we strategically integrate SEO to optimize your website's visibility. Ensuring your website is responsive to any display size is a key focus. Your insights continue to guide the process, ensuring every element aligns seamlessly with your vision and creates a captivating online experience.

The web design and development process starts by understanding your goals and requirements through an assessment and virtual meet ups. Then, I'll create a design mockup using a design tool and develop the website on WebFlow or WordPress, as appropriate. Finally, I'll optimize the website for search engines to improve your online visibility. As for initializing your project, at this point in time, I can start your project within the next 2 to 3 weeks.
The deliverables of the web design and development service include a fully functional website, design files, and documentation for future reference. If applicable, I will also show you how to use your website's CMS so that you can modify your structured content.
At the moment, you'll be able to submit your payment using the most common payment methods including: Debit cards, Credit cards, American Express, PayPal, Zelle, Cash or by mailing a check.
You won't need to make the full payment upfront. Instead, I'll ask for a non-refundable 40% upfront to secure your project's scheduling. The remaining amount will be due before your website is published.
Yes, I'll offer revision rounds during the web design and development process. We will work closely to ensure that the final website meets your expectations. If by any reason you request changes after the revision period, we could incorporate your request for an additional hourly fee of $65/hr.
